Welcome to the Running Room Photo Gallery

As a compliment to our on-line programs we thought that offering our customers the ability to purchase race photos would be a valued service. We have built a Photo Gallery site which will allow our customers to view their race photos from any event that participates in this program. They can purchase those photos using our secure on-line services and count on the Running Room reputation to delivery quality service and products.

How it works:

1. The site is open to all Photographers as it is not exclusive to any specific company. Again it is operated like our race site and any event can participate.

2. Any event photographer can participate as long as they are the official photographer for the event and sanctioned by the event. We will NOT permit competitive photographers to post to the site when there is a Photographer officially involved in the race.

3. Photographers, like race directors, have access to our platform of photographer admin tools to allow for consistent delivery of their product. The management tools allow the Photographer to control what is delivered for sale and how. There are Photo management tools, order management, rules management, photographer profile section, approval section and reports sections.

4. Customers view and purchase on-line using our SSL secure payment tools. The photographer is given notice of the purchase and uses the on-line tools to process the order. We have incorporated fulfilment tools that allow the Photographer to track the status of orders etc.

5. The funds are collected by Running Room and reconciled monthly with payment to the Photographer for all orders along with a reconciliation summary of all orders.

6. The Running Room earns an agreed upon commission from each sale, which is deducted from the monthly payment. This commission covers the credit card transaction fees and administrative costs.

7. We have provided direct links to the photographer for help and assistance on any issues.
